Breakfast was fine with most tastes covered, easy access and handy to the railway station. I requested a kettle and the team provided not only the kettle but tea bags cups and milk which was much appreciated.

Breakfast was very nice and complete. Room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located literally in front of the central station and at walking distance from the center. The rate I paid was very high.

Very handy for the main train station, we're advised we had been upgraded on arrival and the staff were able to finish up room service swiftly so we could check straight in. Room was a little tired but gave us what we needed. Excellent breakfast provided as part of the price in the sunny breakfast room.

Location was superb as it was directly opposite the railway station and seeing we were travelling around the region of Emilia Romagna it met our needs perfectly. Our room was comfortable and well appointed . Only tea making facilities were missing although they were available in the foyer. Breakfast was excellent. The same each day. Self-service.

When we arrived, there was Lorenzo at the reception desk - a fantastic employee who made dinner reservations for us at the beautiful Balus restaurant. The restaurant offers excellent food and excellent wine. We are very grateful to Lorenzo for his professionalism, precision and his presence as "here and now". We recommend Lorenzo for the position of head of the reception, and further for the position of hotel manager.

I recently stayed at UNAHOTELS Bologna Centro, and there were several positive aspects worth mentioning. The hotel's location is excellent, situated very close to Bologna Centrale, the central station. This made it extremely convenient to find the hotel immediately after arriving by train, and it provided easy access to explore the city. The staff were courteous and generally helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and checkout process. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a quiet retreat despite being in a busy area. The soundproofing was effective, allowing for a restful night's sleep, and the bed was comfortable with good quality linens. I also appreciated the hotel's stylish and welcoming lobby, which created a pleasant first impression upon arrival.

The location near the train station is excellent. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was good. As previous reviewers note, the hotel needs updating but the rooms were reasonably comfortable, quiet and well equipped.
